We want everyone to enjoy discovering and shopping with us. This page explains how we’re making that happen
We aim to make our website usable by the widest possible audience, whatever technology or ability you use. To do that, we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target. These guidelines help us make content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities.
Accessibility is something we keep working on, not a one-off fix. Because Curosa is built on our own platform, we can improve things quickly. Right now we’re:
As a marketplace, Curosa also has content from independent sellers—product descriptions, images, and videos. We give our sellers guidance on making their listings accessible (for example, using alternative text for images). We don’t control every item they upload, so we can’t guarantee every piece of seller content is fully compliant. If you run into a listing that’s hard to use, please tell us.
We’d love to hear from you. If something isn’t accessible or you have ideas for improvement, get in touch:
Email: accessibility@curosa.com
Response time: We aim to reply within two business days.
If you can, please mention the page or feature you had trouble with and any assistive technology you use. It helps us fix things faster.
We’ll do our best to resolve any concerns. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for advice under the Equality Act 2010.
