Log in to your Customer Portal to view real-time tracking and delivery updates. You can also track your order using your order number and email on our Order Tracking page.

My order is delayed

Check your latest delivery updates in your Customer Portal. If your order is outside the estimated timeframe, create a Support Ticket and we'll investigate.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, you may be able to update your address via a Support Ticket. Create a ticket as soon as possible to request this change.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Create a Support Ticket immediately and we'll confirm if cancellation is still possible.

How do I return an item?

Start your return in your Customer Portal. If you need help, you can create a Support Ticket for assistance.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed after your return has been received and checked. This typically takes a few working days, depending on your payment method. If you need help, you can create a Support Ticket for assistance.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs depend on the product and reason for return. Check your return options in your Customer Portal for full details. If you need help, you can create a Support Ticket for assistance.

What if my item is damaged?

Create a Support Ticket with photos of the damage as soon as possible. We'll review this and arrange a replacement or refund.

I can't log into my account

Try resetting your password using the login page. If you still can't access your account, send us an email and we'll help you regain access.

I didn't receive my order confirmation

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, log in to your Customer Portal to view your order, or create a Support Ticket.

How do I reset my password?

You can update your personal details, addresses, and preferences in your Customer Portal.

Is this item in stock?
